To The Girl Who Has Been Through Hell
Hello You,
Here you are, trapped in a cycle of self-criticism. Feeling like you don’t deserve to be here.
Seeing yourself as someone who has no purpose to keep going, when all life has given you is pain.
You’re out of energy to keep fighting because everything you’ve endured has left you feeling worn out.
When you look in the mirror, all you see is exhaustion and desperation. But let me tell you what I see. I see a fighter.
I see someone who’s been through unimaginable struggles but has come out alive. You’ve survived.
Survived. You are here, breathing. That’s your biggest sign that the story isn’t over yet.
Paulo Coelho once said that life tests our will in two ways—either by giving us nothing or by giving us everything at once.
For you, it was the latter. Life hurled everything at you all at once, as if testing your strength to weather the storm.
With all that life has thrown your way, you’ve struggled to find your footing.
At some point, you paused and looked back at your life, and you didn’t like what you saw. It was all just too overwhelming.

There wasn’t a glimmer of light; only dark days followed one another, offering no hope of an end.
But remember, no storm lasts forever. No matter the storm, it won’t go on endlessly.
What you need to do is hold on until the storm passes, or even better, learn to dance in the rain. Because if you want to see the rainbow, you must first endure the storm.
Nothing in life is as it seems at first glance. I know you feel like you’re not good enough. You think you were meant to suffer.
But you’re mistaken. Life is testing you, pushing you through challenges so you can appreciate the joys that will come.
You’ve been hurt too many times, often undeservedly. People you trusted broke that trust. But there’s a lesson in there if you choose to see it.
Those who hurt you taught you who to trust and who not to. It’s up to you how you use that knowledge.
The toughest part of your journey is that you’ve become too good at saying goodbye. No one should get used to losing people, but you have.
But remember, not everyone who enters your life is meant to stay. Some people aren’t good for you.
What seems like a curse might be a blessing in disguise. Those who left weren’t worthy of staying in your life.

You’ve been through hell, but don’t let your wounds define you. Don’t let the past make you desperate.
Yes, life has been tough, but remember the old saying: Never a failure, always a lesson.
Tragedy is all about perspective. If you see yourself as a victim, anything that happens will fuel that dark side where you feel wronged and deserving of punishment. If you see yourself as an adventurer, even loss can cause pain but will propel you forward, forcing you to react. – Paulo Coelho
Stand tall and laugh at your pain. Laugh because even though it tried to break you, it only made you stronger.
In the end, you’re the victor—but only if you choose to be.
Trust me, this isn’t the end of your journey. Because you’ve been through hell, the best is yet to come.
So, let go of the pain. You’ve endured the toughest part. Now it’s time for better things. Embrace them without fear.
Believe it or not, you deserve happiness. And you will find it.
The key is to never give up on life. Just be patient. Your time is coming.
