This Is Why You Should NEVER Forgive His Sorry Cheating Ass

He did it to me, too. He had the audacity to betray me and seek out something he already possessed but didn’t value.

He simply needed to explore what else existed. He had to tear my heart away. Once it was over, he expressed his sorrow.

Well… save it for someone who actually cares. Maybe he thought I would remain in the dark forever.

Perhaps that’s why he displayed such confidence and unwavering arguments that it wasn’t true and that he bore no guilt.

Initially, he claimed it wasn’t true, and then shifted to suggesting it wasn’t his fault. Am I really that naive?

You heard that tale too, right?

Sure enough, they all deliver the same script and rely on those tired excuses. And the most amusing part?

They all presume we’ll take their word for it. They believe they can escape any consequences.

So, what comes next? What choices will you make moving forward?

You’re not an emotionless machine, and you can’t just turn off your emotions like a switch. You can’t erase the love you once had for him.

Once the rage subsides, you’ll find yourself missing him. What will your response be then?

Let me share what I did. I battled my inner demons.

I wrestled with my solitude which was pulling me back toward the arms of a disloyal partner.

I resisted so fiercely against the temptation of returning to someone who would surely hurt me again.

Reflecting on my desire to forgive him makes my stomach churn.

I genuinely wanted to let it go and offer him a second chance—which I recognized then, and know now—he definitely didn’t earn.

Don’t follow in my footsteps. Don’t even entertain thoughts of forgiveness. His ‘I’m sorry; it was an error’ weak apology is nothing but a fabrication.

If you analyze that very statement, it becomes obvious it lacks logic.

To begin with, he’s not remorseful. Perhaps he only regrets being discovered, and to ask if it was genuinely a mistake? Ponder that.

He had to make an effort to know her first. There had to be some interaction before jumping into her bed.

So it’s clear, this was not a mistake. It was all premeditated, and he was fully aware of his actions from the outset.

Something that occurs once may be labeled a mistake, and after executing it, you recognize you won’t ever repeat such a foolish act.

Yet visiting her repeatedly, kissing her countless times cannot classify as a mistake—it’s a deliberate choice.

Consider this…how many times has he deceived you throughout your relationship? Can you genuinely put trust in his words?

Who can say how long he’s been unfaithful, or how long he’s been weaving tales?

Only time will reveal if there existed a period in your relationship when he was completely honest.

If you still ponder forgiving him, keep in mind that during every encounter with another person, you weren’t occupying his thoughts.

You were far from his mind. Just imagine the extent of effort he put into winning her over.

Think about the degree of affection she was receiving before she shared his bed.

And now reflect: did you not deserve that same focus and effort directed towards you instead of someone else?

Isn’t this alone enough to move on and forget he ever existed?

Not only did he deceive you and sneak around behind your back, but he also disregarded and belittled you by assuring her of his indifference; claiming soon, it would be over.

In no time, he will abandon you to pursue her because he feels nothing for you. In truth, he deceived her as well. He made complete fools out of both of you.

If you are still wrestling with the idea of forgiveness, please stay with me….

Even if it was truly a singular incident, that’s still insufficient justification. Just reflect on everything he orchestrated to keep you oblivious, to prevent you from uncovering the truth.

What difference does it make that he was intoxicated? What difference does it make if it was merely a fleeting encounter? It was still a conscious choice.

It was a decision he made knowing you were part of his life. In that moment of drunkenness, he chose to inflict pain on you.

Perhaps being drunk only served to diminish the barrier for him.

That one inebriated night revealed his true nature and what he truly stands for.

What Does He Truly Want—and Why Aren’t You It?
At the end of the day, there’s one question I’m sure you’re desperately trying to understand: what caused his betrayal, truly? Cheaters may claim they hold love for you, but the reality is that they do not. Many can profess feelings of love, yet scarcely do any genuinely feel it. Words alone are meaningless; it is actions that carry weight.

Now, let’s take a moment to reflect. He expresses his love to you, he admits guilt, and he betrayed your trust. That’s a couple of statements measured against an act of betrayal. Tell me, what holds more significance – a deed or a declaration?

He cheated because he holds no regard for you. He shows little concern for your feelings or the consequences of his actions. That’s precisely why he chose to betray you.

Now… I challenge you, consider granting him another opportunity. This is it. I’ve shared everything I felt needed to be communicated. Ultimately, the choice lies with you.

I just want you to sincerely contemplate your circumstances. Do you genuinely wish to be with someone who felt you were not captivating enough to remain faithful? Is it possible to be in a relationship where he cheated—and you chose to forgive him—and still make it thrive? Can you believe in him again?
